Legalizing Marijuana
For those over the age of 16
Our team here at the Jellyfishers have been working on legalizing marijuana for anyone over the age of 16 (with parental consent until the age of 18). This will help prevent overdosing and teach people to be responsible with recreational drugs. Our schools are already overrun with drugs and unsafe drug usage. Making something illegal will never illuminate it but only make it more unsafe for people to use. With a tax rate of 50% on all marijuana sold. We will raise the tax rate on junk food to 75%, but the money from this taxation will go to the schools.

The policy that is proposed should preserve the natural habitats of animals, preserve the forests, allow for oil drilling in small amounts, fund alternative energy, and allow more money to go to organizations responsible for planting trees. This will allow for animals and forests to be protected and stop the amount of deforestation. The allowance of oil drilling will give people access to fossil fuels until a viable alternative is found. While actively funding organizations that will find the alternative to fossil fuels. It will also help with air quality by allowing for more trees to be planted. This issue is extremely important in part due to its urgency of it but also important for future generations. LGBTQ+ Rights Policy

The policy that is proposed is that a portion of our sales from our merch will be donated to LGBTQ+ charities. By doing this we help make a difference in conveying inequality, improving public health, and creating a more accepting world. This donation will also help fund crucial suicide prevention accesiblity and tools. Discrimination like this is known in so many places like schools, workplaces, and even households. The more we donate to these wonderful communities the more we can see our communities grow.
